PAPER SUBMISSION
Authors are invited to submit full research papers describing original and unpublished work.
Submission Guidelines:
- Papers must follow IEEE conference format.
- All submissions will undergo anonymous peer review.
- Each paper will be reviewed by at least three reviewers.
- Accepted papers must be presented during the conference
Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE requirements.
